A growing guide with two or more mixes of its own takes two credits. A lawn grass guide takes 4 credits and comes with the feeding plan for the soil you choose: clay, loamy or sandy. Plans for the other soils are 1 credit each. The app shows the price before you confirm.

15 credits for $9.99 is $0.67 a credit, the lowest price of the packs. Credits never expire, so there is no rush to spend them.
New recipes every month
A plan adds credits every period, 10 a month or 200 a year, and opens both calculators while it runs. Unused credits carry over.
The fertilizer and pH calculators
The fertilizer calculator works out how much of a bag supplies the nitrogen, phosphorus or potassium you want. The pH calculator works out how much sulfur it takes to lower soil pH. One credit opens both for 7 days, and both plans include them while they run.
The soil calculator, for how much soil a bed or pots need, is free for everyone.
Cancelling and refunds
Credit packs are one payment and never renew, so there is nothing to cancel. Cancel a plan whenever you like in your Google Play or Apple subscriptions, or, for a plan bought in the browser, from Manage your plan on the credits screen. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Credits you already have and every recipe you unlocked stay yours.
Purchases in the phone apps are refunded by Google Play or Apple, under their policies. For a purchase in the browser, write to roots@makelivingsoil.com. A refunded purchase removes the credits it added. The Terms of Use have the details.
Payments in the browser are taken by Stripe, and we never see your card. In the phone apps, Google Play or Apple handles it.
